I keep seeing auctions where the outfits are listed as having AG tags that have been clipped. Where are these from? and what does it mean?
Thanks!!

These are returns and overstocked items from the outlet. I just bought Sam's lacy whites and tea party dress for $20.00!

After the Madison Children's Museum sale, in July, they could be from there too. The tags get clipped so that unscrupulous buyers can't buy them at one of these sales and then try to return them to AG for new ones. Likewise, ebay buyers who don't know any better can't buy them second-hand and then try to return them for new ones.
Other items have other marks on them for the same reason. The dolls have a little x on their behinds. The Kaya horses have a dot on their foreheads, hidden under the forelock. Other items have similar marks.

Joy,
are there a lot of Kaya horses at the sale? Do they have both Steps High and Sparks Flying? I'd really like to find both.
Thanks,
Laurie
